Marshall H. Ross |
|
Marshall believes that the core values of the legal profession include service to clients and the community through honest and effective resolution of disputes, from negotiations through trial. For over 20 years, Marshall has represented clients with matters before local and state administrative agencies as well as a variety of state and federal courts, including the Virginia Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals.
Marshall’s wide ranging practice includes commercial and employment litigation, professional liability trial defense, representation before professional boards, and assisting clients with significant personal injuries.
Marshall and his family live in Harrisonburg’s Old Town, where he participates in many local community activities. After graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law, Marshall served as an Army Officer with the Fourth Infantry Division prosecuting serious crimes as a member of the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He then worked at a large law firm in Washington, DC litigating corporate matters prior to locating to the Valley in 1991.
