Adams Joins Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver PLC - November 11, 2008

HARRISONBURG - The law firm of Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver PLC is pleased to announce that Jeffrey R. Adams has joined the firm.

Jeffrey R. Adams earned his law degree in 1994 from the Duke University School of Law.  He received his undergraduate degree in History from The King’s College in 1991.  Before joining the firm, he practiced with several firms in New York and Virginia and served as a Lecturer in Law and General Counsel at a University in Uganda, East Africa.  He focuses his practice in the areas of taxation, corporate law, business succession planning, and estate planning and administration.  Mr. Adams is admitted to practice in both New York and Virginia.
