. Prior to his appointment as City Attorney, Mr. Lunger worked at a
Northern Virginia
firm and served a one-year judicial clerkship with the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Virginia. Mr. Lunger focuses his practice in the areas of business litigation, employment litigation, municipal law, family law, land use/real estate, and construction law.
